Valeria Sofia ("the Agency") is committed to delivering high-quality marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services, including UGC content production, audience growth campaigns, and brand promotion partnerships.
Because our services are custom and labor-intensive, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the engagement.
Before work begins: If a client cancels a project before any work has commenced (no content produced, no campaign scheduled), a full refund will be issued minus any non-refundable deposit specified in the service agreement.
Work in progress: If a client cancels after work has begun but before final delivery, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. The Agency will provide an itemized accounting of work performed.
After delivery: Once deliverables have been provided (UGC assets delivered, promotions published, campaigns executed), services are considered rendered and are generally non-refundable.
If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of delivered UGC content, we offer one round of revisions at no additional cost, provided the revision request is submitted within 7 days of delivery and falls within the original project scope. If revisions do not resolve the issue, we will work with the client in good faith to reach a fair resolution, which may include a partial credit toward future services.
Marketing results (follower growth, engagement rates, conversions) are influenced by many factors beyond the Agency's control. While we make every effort to deliver strong results, we do not guarantee specific performance metrics unless explicitly stated in a service agreement. Campaign performance alone is not grounds for a refund.
To request a refund or discuss a concern about services rendered, please contact us at valeriaxsofiaa@gmail.com with your name, invoice or project reference number, and a description of your concern. We will respond within 5 business days and work to resolve the matter promptly.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Refunds processed via Stripe will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
